Stuy' 09 alumnus Nolan Becker, a standout starting pitcher as a member of the Stuy baseball team, was selected as a major league prospect by the Cincinnati Reds in last week?s baseball draft. Nolan also starred for the Yale team after graduating from Stuyvesant – will we see him take the mound at Citi Field or Yankee Stadium in future years?
