Daniel is a Supervisor at Marks Paneth & Shron LLP, located in midtown Manhattan. Daniel’s areas of concentration are the real estate industry, construction industry, lobbyists, not-for-profits, and high-net-worth individuals. Daniel has provided accounting and auditing services, tax planning and preparation services, and general business advisory services to the clients he serves. 

In addition to his client responsibilities, Daniel has been active in professional and community organizations. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and also the New York State Society of CPAs, where he serves as the chair of the Young CPA committee, as well as serving on the Real Estate, and the Promoting CPA Careers committees. Daniel was elected to the Board of Directors of the Stuyvesant High School Alumni Association in 2005 and as Treasurer in December 2005. He is Chair of the Employment and Investments Committees, as well as Chair of the Fundraising Committee of the Association, also serves on the Executive Committee, and helped organize the 15th Year Reunion of the Class of 1993. 

Daniel received his B.A. in Accounting from Queens College and he lives with his wife and three children in Orange County, New York. He is an avid reader, loves playing team sports, working on his home and garden, and spending time with his wife and children.
